This just in… The Old 97’s will kick off a headlining tour in support of their much-anticipated new album, Blame It On Gravity, May 30 in Houston, TX. Find out when the 97’s will be coming to your town by checking out the chart below and stay tuned for updates about purchasing your tickets.

Blame It On Gravity, the band’s seventh studio recording, will be released May 13 via New West Records and is the band’s first album in 4 years Blame It On Gravity finds the band turning up the amps and returning to the satisfying crunch of its early records. Well known as an explosive live act, the band is excited to present these new tracks on stage.

In addition to the tour dates, the band is gearing up for several in-store appearances in support of Blame It On Gravity. The band will be in Houston at Cactus Music on May 15 followed by Waterloo Records in Austin on May 16.

  1. seen ur show at the house of blues in houston tx , it was the best act i’ve ever seen ! i’m planning to catch ya at the Meridian in Houston on the 30th of may… first time i heard about ya ,was in a movie called the break up ! then i heard u on a houston radio ,91.7 it was rock a billy hour ..ya played a old song (i only have eyes for u..) i’ed love to hear that song when i catch u’s at the Meridian …keep up the great work enjoyed it ,i’m going to try to find all of ur cd’s now ..

  2. This band is awesome. Best thing thats happened in music since the Beatles. Saw them live in Aspen at the Belly Up and hoping to see them in Denver soon or better yet and closer to home maybe a show in Grand Junction, CO if they can possibly sqeeze one in here. Thanks for all the great music guys. Lookin forward to seeing another Live perfomance.

    Saw you in Aspen, CO. about 5 yrs ago. Was an incredible show. Would really like to see you in little ole podunk Grand Junction, CO sometime. Love these guys and keep on keepin on.

  4. Saw you guys perform last night (1-17-15) at Todos Santos Mysic a Festival! You guys were jamming! When are you headed to the LA/ Orange County/San Diego area?
